NEWLINE key problem with HYDRA SNA

At times, the NEWLINE key doesn't function properly with HYDRA SNA
version 1.0, release 1.0(o). Pressing NEWLINE should bring the cursor
to the first unprotected field on the next line. However, in some cases,
the cursor will move to a protected field. For example, in the CONDOR
editor, column 1 is protected and column 2 is where the actual data
(the sequence number field) starts. With HYDRAII, the cursor will
correctly move to column 2. With HYDRA SNA, the cursor will move to
column 1, a protected field where the user cannot enter any data.
